Partnering with long-time friends and like-minded makers Pump Street Chocolate, our Coffee and Chocolate Tasting Pack brings together two natural bedfellows and some-time indulgences.

Four single-origin filter coffees from our rotating seasonal range sit alongside four single-origin chocolate bars from Suffolk-based Pump Street Chocolate. Showcasing the impact origin, variety and process have on the final taste and flavour of both, savour and enjoy them one by one or all together.

The Coffees (4 x 125g):

Duber Vasquez, Bomboca, Colosay, Jaén, Cajamarca, Peru:
Apple compote, sweet sultanas & buttery pastry notes abound, reminding us of apple strudel. Expect a silky body with a pear freshness & butterscotch finish.
Refisa, Nensebo, West Arsi, Oromia, Ethiopia:
Lemon curd & lychee aromatics lead to a soft, sweet cup, packed with flavours of peach tea & pomelo. Hints of cherry & star anise linger in the finish
La Julia, Chinacla, Marcala, La Paz, Honduras
Hints of strawberry & cranberry add a freshness which complements a core sweetness of frangipane & shortbread.
Danche, Chelbesa, Yirgacheffe, Gedeo Zone, SNNPR, Ethiopia:
Densely packed with vibrant fruit notes, look for roasted peach & tinned pineapple. Aromas of dried violets & gingerbread linger in a super clean finish.

The Chocolates (4 x 20g):

Jamaica 75%: Initially rich, a satisfying melt releases hints of sweet, juicy berries and rounds to a serendipitous honeyed rum finish.
Madagascar Milk 58%: A creamy, luxurious whole milk chocolate with notes of caramel and treacle, offering a zesty finish.
Sourdough & Sea Salt 66%: Pump Street Bakery's own sourdough bread and a touch of sea salt add crunch to the smooth, malty flavour of the Ecuadorian chocolate.
Ecuador 85%: Expect a rich aroma and a rounded, nutty character.
