Rocket Espresso's R58 Cinquantotto is arguably one of the best domestic machines you can find for preparing espresso and milk at home. These are also regulated by a PID temperature controller, allowing you increase or decrease the temperatures within each boiler for consistent brewing from cup to cup, whilst its commercial grade rotary pump is near-silent. Should you wish to plumb the machine directly into a water line, you also have that option thanks to the included conversion kit.

The name of this home espresso machine, Cinquantotto, translates from Italian to English as 58, taken from the independent 580ml espresso boiler used for espresso extraction in this exceptional prosumer espresso machine.

Additional control is also provided via the detachable touch screen, which you can use to set on and off times for each day of the week, turn on ECO mode, or even turn off the steam boiler to save power.
