Story

Produced by our friends and long-time collaborators, Pump Street Chocolate, on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, this chocolate is made exclusively from cocoa from The Sambriano Valley – the most famous of all terroirs for Madagascan beans.

Having sourced organic cocoa beans fro Bertil Akesson, whose 2,300-hectare family estate in Ambanja has produced world-famous aromatic cocoa since 1920. This dark chocolate is packed with flavour, with high notes of citrus mellowing into tropical fruits, ending with a balanced acidity.
