The R58 Cinquantotto Espresso Machine:

Rocket Espresso's R58 Cinquantotto is arguably one of the best domestic machines you can find for preparing espresso and milk at home. Dual boilers keep it ready for your next shot throughout the day, and allow you to pull espressos and steam milk at the same time. These are also regulated by a PID temperature controller, allowing you increase or decrease the temperatures within each boiler for consistent brewing from cup to cup, whilst its commercial grade rotary pump is near-silent. Should you wish to plumb the machine directly into a water line, you also have that option thanks to the included conversion kit.

The name of this home espresso machine, Cinquantotto, translates from Italian to English as 58, and is taken from the independent 580ml espresso boiler used for espresso extraction in this exceptional prosumer espresso machine.

Additional control is also provided via the detachable touch screen, which you can use to set on and off times for each day of the week, turn on ECO mode, or even turn off the steam boiler to save power.

The Faustino Grinder:

The latest domestic grinder from Rocket Espresso, The Faustino, is small and compact, but with powerful features. Beautifully finished, its stepless 50mm flat burr set make it ideal for home baristas looking to pull perfect espresso. These are housed in a sound-insulated case, ensuring early morning brewers won't disturb the rest of the household. 

Sitting above its portafilter rest is a touch sensitive button pad that offers 3 dosing options or continuous grinding modes.

Designed to match the Apartemento Espresso Machine, its available in two colour options, chrome and matt black.
