Since 2011, Workshop Coffee has been dedicated to one idea: crafting a better standard of coffee.
From the beginning, we've pursued coffees that are expressive of place, season and producer. We embrace seasonality, adapting our coffees throughout the year to ensure they remain vibrant, sweet and full of character.
Today, we source, roast and serve coffee for homes, 5 star hotels, cafes, restaurants and workplaces across the UK and internationally, united by a simple belief: exceptional coffee begins with exceptional relationships.

We work with producers, exporters and co-operatives who share our commitment to quality and long-term thinking. Many of these relationships span years, helping us secure exceptional coffees season after season.
We taste thousands of coffees each year, selecting only those that meet our standards for clarity, sweetness and balance, while prioritising partners who invest in their communities and the future of coffee production. -
Roasting
Our role as a roaster is not to impose flavour, but to reveal it.
Every coffee is roasted to highlight its natural characteristics and the work of the producer behind it. Through rigorous quality control and continual tasting, we pursue a style that has become synonymous with Workshop: clean, sweet and fresh.
Coffee has always been about more than what's in the cup.
Whether we're welcoming guests into our cafés, supporting wholesale partners, delivering subscriptions to homes or teaching in our Academy, hospitality underpins everything we do.
We believe great coffee should be approachable, generous and enjoyable. Expertise matters, but sharing it matters just as much.
