Luis Aníbal Calderón

Incredibly potent, playful and concentrated. Experience a wealth of complex fruity, floral notes like kesar mango, fuzzy peach candies, pear drops and cream soda.

Origin: Acevedo, Huila, Colombia
Producers: Luis Aníbal Calderón on Villa Betulia.
Processing: Hand-harvested & sorted, dry processed on raised beds under temperature-controlled conditions.
Cultivar: Queen Gesha

Luis Carlos Guzman

Wonderfully juicy and sweet with a crunchy acidity. Brimming with syrupy tinned fruit flavours, think mandarin, pineapple and peach.

Processing: Hand harvested in multiple passes, cherries held in reposado phase for 24hrs, depulped and wet fermented for 36 hours, fully washed and dried on raised beds for 20 days

Alina Milagros Solona

Incredibly scented and elegant, with a refined sweetness and creamy body. Vanilla & lavender aromas complement peach yoghurt and honey.

Processing: Hand harvested cherries undergo 36hr anaerobic fermentation before being fully washed and dried on shaded raised beds.

Bright and complex with lingering sweetness, featuring floral, orange candy, limeflower, and juicy notes.

Processing: Hand harvested, manually depulped and traditionally fermented, fully washed and slowly dried.

Las Etíopes 72 hour innoculated fermentation, where they make a mosto from cherry skins, sugar sryup and hops to direct the fermentation
