Full Time, Belgravia London
Barista
We are looking for baristas to join the team at Workshop’s flagship cafe in Belgravia.This role centres around delivering warm, attentive hospitality alongside consistently exceptional coffee. You’ll be responsible for welcoming customers, preparing any array of coffee drinks to a high standard, and serving a thoughtful range of teas, chocolate, and seasonal alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.As a company, we care deeply about quality, consistency and hospitality. Working closely with the Head Barista and General Manager, you’ll be expected to uphold our drinks standards while contributing to the development of seasonal specials and menu ideas.We’re proud to offer opportunities for growth within specialty coffee, and believe great hospitality begins with the people behind the bar. Part Time, Belgravia London
Bartender
At Workshop, our offering extends beyond specialty coffee to include a carefully considered selection of wine, Champagne, cocktails and spirits.We are currently looking for an experienced bartender to join the team at our Belgravia cafe, helping to deliver warm, attentive and engaging hospitality during our aperitivo evenings.The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience, a strong understanding of cocktails, wine and spirits, and a genuine passion for hospitality. We’re looking for someone confident working in a fast-paced environment, with a positive, professional approach and availability to work evenings.If you enjoy creating thoughtful guest experiences and want to be part of a quality-led hospitality team, we’d love to hear from you.
