Head Barista

We’re looking for someone to lead the coffee and hot beverage program at Workshop Coffee’s flagship store in Belgravia, London. As Head Barista, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our high standards on the bar, ensuring every cup we serve reflects the care and expertise we’re known for. Working closely with the General Managers, you’ll take the lead on barista training for our team, as well as delivering customer-facing masterclasses and brewing sessions.
