How do I join Workshop Rewards?
If you're a new customer, you'll need to register for an account with us. You can do so by clicking here.
Subscription customers, or existing account customers will be able to login as usual. If you haven't logged into your account before, reach out and we can assist you in getting set up.
How do I collect points?
You'll start collecting points once you have signed up for a customer account. Subsequently, for every £1 you spend, you'll receive 10 points in your account. Valid across all coffee and all equipment, including merch.
Subscription holders will earn an extra 10 points per reoccurring delivery.
What rewards will I receive?
100 points is equal to £1 to spend in your customer account. You'll be able to redeem your points as £5, £10 and £20 vouchers, along with equipment and merch at exclusive discounts.
How do I redeem my rewards?
For online orders:
Log in to your account and select your reward. A code will be revealed, which you can enter in the ‘discount code’ box at checkout. You can also save your voucher and redeem it within 3 months.
For cafe customers:
Log in to your account and navigate to the rewards marked ‘In-store’. At the till, scan your Workshop Rewards wallet pass and let the barista know which reward you’d like to redeem. The discount will be applied to your bill.
