Collection: Shipping & Returns

Roasting & Packing

All of our coffee is roasted in Hatfield and packed with care. Each bag is flushed with nitrogen to preserve freshness, meaning your coffee can be enjoyed for up to six months from the roast date printed on the bag.

Our 250g and 100g bags are made from post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic and feature a one-way valve. They can be recycled with carrier bags and other soft plastics where facilities exist.

For best results, we recommend buying whole bean and grinding just before brewing. If you don’t have a grinder, you can select your preferred brew method and we’ll grind the coffee for you.

We roast and pack coffee Monday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Returns & Replacements

Coffee
We want every cup you brew to be delicious and consistent. Because of the nature of the product, we don’t accept returns on coffee. However, if the coffee isn’t up to standard, please contact our support team at betterbrewing@workshopcoffee.com. We’ll be happy to send a replacement and can also offer brewing tips if needed. Please note we cannot replace coffee if the order was incorrect on your end.

If your UK order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.

Hardware & Equipment
If your equipment is faulty or damaged on arrival, you have 28 days from receipt to contact us at shop@workshopcoffee.com. We’ll then arrange a replacement, refund, or collection. Items must be in original, saleable condition and unused to qualify.

Please note that we only accept returns for purchases made directly through www.workshopcoffee.com. If you purchased from a wholesale partner or our Belgravia cafe please contact them directly.

Faulty Goods
On rare occasions, hardware may be faulty. If this is the case, contact shop@workshopcoffee.com and we’ll assist. Damage from normal wear, misuse, or long-term use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
