Compact and durable, the Baratza Vario measures 13 × 18 × 37 cm and runs on 220–240 V with a 130 W motor. Designed and engineered in Seattle, WA, and assembled in Taiwan, it features 54 mm flat ceramic burrs delivering between 1.9–2.7 g per second. The 300 g bean hopper and 120 g grounds bin make it ideal for both espresso and filter brewing. Includes a precise timer-based dosing system and comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
