Product information
Bright, structured specialty coffee in a simple filter format. Legacy brings together coffees from Peru and Ethiopia for a vibrant, fruit-forward cup, brewed directly in your mug with a built-in paper filter.
At Workshop, we focus on coffee at its freshest and most expressive, but we know there are moments when full brewing isn’t practical. These drip sachets are designed for travel, the office, or anywhere you want quality coffee without equipment. No compromise, just a different way to brew.
This is Legacy: a blend developed to support our long-term producer partners, now packaged in an easy, on-the-go format that still delivers clarity, sweetness and structure.
What’s Inside
Legacy combines complementary coffees, roasted for brightness and balance.
Manuel Patilla Carrasco, Peru
Bourbon from Finca Limonniyoc in Valle Inca, Cusco, grown at 1,800 metres under organic certification. Hand-harvested, floated, fermented for 32 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds for 18 days. Clean sweetness and dependable structure.
Raro Boda, Ethiopia
Sourced from 257 farmers in Guji Zone’s Uraga woreda, grown organically within natural forest. Wolisho, Dega and Kurume cultivars are depulped, fermented for 48 hours and sun-dried on raised beds under careful quality control, bringing vibrant fruit character and clarity.
