Collection: A philosophy of potential

Coffee brewed in the relentless pursuit of craft, at Workshop we’re a collective of dedicated makers energised by what could be.

Loyal to the source, we’re committed to the organic flavours of every bean; preserving, refining and enhancing the raw into something remarkable.

We collaborate across continents, partnering long-term with producers harvesting uniquely characterful varieties. We then link these beans to our local roasting warehouse, where we apply our meticulous methods and craft them into a series of curated coffees magnified to their best.

Bernard Uwitije, who has several stations including Ibisi and Bwenda in Rwanda’s Nyamagabe district.

Our Chief Product Officer, James, re-pots coffee plant seedlings grown from seeds brought back from our travels to origin.

Friend and collaborator Fred Rigby, responsible for his eponymous furniture brand based in East London.

Our primary relationship in Ethiopia is with Snap Coffee who are working not just to produce exquisite quality coffee, but to support their producing communities.

On the road with friends and partner, G!RO, serving exceptional coffee to riders at the annual Stone Circle cycle ride.

Craftspeople at heart, we’ve fostered a tight-knit community connected by a string of excellence; surrounding ourselves with like-minded makers that evolve our drinking experience from the first harvest to the final sip.
