Coffee brewed in the relentless pursuit of craft, at Workshop we’re a collective of dedicated makers energised by what could be.
Loyal to the source, we’re committed to the organic flavours of every bean; preserving, refining and enhancing the raw into something remarkable.
We collaborate across continents, partnering long-term with producers harvesting uniquely characterful varieties. We then link these beans to our local roasting warehouse, where we apply our meticulous methods and craft them into a series of curated coffees magnified to their best.

Our primary relationship in Ethiopia is with Snap Coffee who are working not just to produce exquisite quality coffee, but to support their producing communities.
