Product information

Made exclusively from natural and renewable raw materials, our Nespresso® compatible espresso coffee pods are certified home and industrially compostable. Our espresso pods has been designed to offer high performing, consistent coffee that delivers a satisfying, classic flavour profile.

A high oxygen barrier locks in freshness and ensures an aromatic, fragrant brew that accentuates deeper caramels and chocolate tones.

The coffee for our espresso capsules comes from both Fazenda São Domingos, Brazil and Otocani, Cusco, Peru.

Fazenda São Domingos, Brazil

Owned by Marco Antonio Guardabaxo, Fazenda São Domingos is situated in the hills of Mococa (Mogiana), north of São Paulo State, Brazil. Established in the 1960s, the farm's altitude (810 to 1,100 meters) supports the cultivation of various coffee varieties (Yellow Catuai, Catucai, Obatã, Acaiá, Arara, and Rubi) on flat plains, with eucalyptus trees on the slopes. They also grow cover crops like buckwheat and millet between the coffee rows and maintain 80 hectares of conservation land.

The farm is equipped with modern wet and dry milling facilities and uses drip-irrigation systems to ensure consistent quality. Coffee is selectively harvested: manually for young trees and mechanically for older ones, usually in two passes to pick the ripest cherries. Varieties are processed separately, with this lot consisting of 100% Acaiá coffee. Drying occurs on 9,000 square meters of terraces for 10-15 days, followed by finishing in dryers. Coffee is stored in 8 wooden silos before dry-milling.

Cusco, Peru

In Otocani, Peru, members of the Valle Inca Association grow Typica coffee organically at altitudes up to 2,100 meters. Founded by José Prudencio, the association started in 2018 with around 100 members. Due to word of mouth about premium prices, it has grown to 261 producers in Cusco and expanded to Puno.

All members are organically certified through Valle Inca. New members must meet quality standards based on altitude and variety and show a commitment to quality improvement. The association supports members with agronomical advice, training, and pre-financing. Several members consistently perform well in Peru’s Cup of Excellence competition.

By combining high-quality coffee from both regions, we ensure a unique and rich espresso experience.
