Why Instant?
As a specialty roastery, we've always focused on coffee at its freshest and most expressive. But we recognise that life doesn't always allow for the ritual of grinding beans and carefully brewing. Instant coffee has a place – in your luggage when travelling, as a thoughtful gift for someone curious about better coffee, or simply as a reliable backup when time is short.
This isn't a compromise. It's Legacy. A bright, structured blend we developed to support our core producer groups – captured in a format that works when you need it to.
What's Inside
Legacy brings together complementary coffees from Peru and Ethiopia, roasted for brightness, sweetness and structured complexity.
Manuel Patilla Carrasco, Peru – Bourbon from Finca Limonniyoc in Valle Inca, Cusco, grown at 1,800 metres under organic certification. Hand-harvested, floated, and fermented for 32 hours before washing and 18 days of raised bed drying. Clean sweetness and reliable structure.
Raro Boda, Ethiopia – Sourced from 257 farmers in Guji Zone's Uraga woreda, working organically amongst natural forest. Wolisho, Dega and Kurume cultivars depulped, fermented for 48 hours, and sun-dried on raised beds under expert quality control. Vibrant fruit character and clarity.
