Product information
Specialty coffee, instant convenience. Our bestselling Article blend, now available as premium instant coffee for when grinding and brewing isn't possible.
Why Instant?
As a specialty roastery, we've always focused on coffee at its freshest and most expressive. But we recognise that life doesn't always allow for the ritual of grinding beans and carefully brewing. Instant coffee has a place – in your luggage when travelling, as a thoughtful gift for someone curious about better coffee, or simply as a reliable backup when time is short.
This isn't a compromise. It's Article. The same balanced, carefully sourced blend we've been roasting for years and captured in a format that works when you need it to.
What's Inside
Article is built from two seasonally selected components, roasted to highlight decadent caramels and moreish chocolate notes.
Saravá, Brazil – A community lot from Chapada Diamantina featuring Mundo Novo and Catuaí cultivars. Mechanically washed and slowly dried, this coffee brings creamy body, brown sugar sweetness and a soft, warming base.
Workshop Select, Peru – Sourced from 12 families in the Río Blanco Association growing Typica and Bourbon at 1,550-1,850 metres. Organically grown under shade, hand-harvested and wet fermented, this component adds bright, fruit-driven top notes and pronounced acidity.
Perfect for travel, camping, or keeping at your desk. An approachable introduction to specialty coffee for friends and family. A practical upgrade from supermarket instant that doesn't sacrifice quality for convenience.
