As our production department grows, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join us in a Production Assistant role. For the right candidate, this role will turn into a roasting position, however it will be several months to a year before hands-on roasting begins.
If successful, you'll be weighing out both green and roasted coffee, packing retail coffee bags in a pristine fashion, setting up and breaking down cupping tables, keeping the Production Department neat and organised, and cleaning, cleaning, cleaning.
