Shipping and returns

Available as whole bean or pre-ground. All our whole bean coffee is packed in 250g, nitrogen flushed and valved bags. Pre-ground coffee is ground to order and desptached same working day. For more information on shipping, see our Shipping page.

Weak coffees with very poor finish

We use a high Miele bean to cup machine, and have over the years enjoyed some outstanding coffees supplied - Altos De Saraguallas, Los Naranjos Expresso, Chablis Rosa, Caballero Expresso. Your recent offerings however have been poor in terms of taste, depth of flavour and extremely weak finish. Your current offering of El Nevada we found extremely disappointing.

Please raise your game and select better tasting coffee in line with ones we found to be excellent

Always lovely coffee from these guys, full of depth and we love getting a different coffee every time with slightly different notes to the one before. And great customer service too! Would highly recommend!
