Flat 9 x Workshop Pop Up Dinner

Wednesday 17th June & Saturday 20th June | £100 per person

For two evenings this month, we're welcoming Flat 9 to Workshop Belgravia for a special tasting menu celebrating the intersection of food, wine and coffee.

Led by Ilaria Verde, founder of Flat 9 and WSET Diploma holder, the evening will feature a seasonal multi-course menu inspired by her travels, culinary influences and experience working alongside Michelin-starred chefs.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with coffees selected by the Workshop team, exploring how coffee can complement and elevate food in unexpected ways. Alongside the menu, guests will hear the stories behind the ingredients, wines and coffees, creating a shared experience centred around flavour, hospitality and conversation.

Hosted in our Belgravia cafe, this intimate supper club brings together two communities with a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, seasonality and thoughtful sourcing.

Places are limited. Booking is essential via the calendar below.

Your ticket includes two canapés, two seasonal courses and dessert, with coffee thoughtfully woven throughout the menu. Guests will also receive a small take-home gift.

Optional coffee and drinks pairings available on the night for £80 as well as additional caviar for £30 per person.

Following London’s bustling Regent Street, past the bright lights of Piccadilly Circus and towards the river, you’ll make your way onto Haymarket, which in turn gives way to Pall Mall. Here you’ll find Wild Honey St. James, the brainchild of Chef-Patron, Anthony Demetre.

Set within a former banking hall, Demetre and his team focus on delivering modern European dishes that are equal parts refined and generous. The subject of continuous acclaim from fans, critics and peers alike – Pierre Kouffmann has described Wild Honey as “serving some of the best food in the city” – the level to which the team are continually performing was recently recognised with the awarding of their first Michelin star.

Workshop Coffee has worked with Anthony to ensure he and the Wild Honey team are serving a rotating range of single origin espressos for diners throughout the year. Alongside offering a cup to cap off a meal, we have also worked with the restaurant and wider hotel, Sofitel St. James, to offer our whoe bean coffee across all service areas and home compostable capsules in each of the 183 rooms and suites. With no stone left unturned, our coffee can also be found in Wild Honey’s dishes, including their decadent chocolate tart dessert and its smooth, silken custard.
