Raro Boda, Ethiopia

Sourced from the Raro Boda wet mill in Guji Zone, it’s a shining example of Snap Coffee’s commitment to quality and sustainability. Farmers tending organically to Wolisho, Dega, and Kurume varieties contribute their cherries to this expertly processed lot, overseen by Medhin Tamiru, a respected Ethiopian coffee judge.

Gatugi AA, Kenya
Jammy sweetness meets ripe fruit clarity in this AA selection from Nyeri’s Gatugi factory. Expect cassis, vanilla, and lime curd, finishing with a nostalgic cola bottle note. Produced by 750 smallholder farmers with generations of expertise, this coffee benefits from traditional washing methods and the dedication of the Othaya FCS cooperative to quality and community support.

Gitesi by Gahizi, Rwanda
Bright kalamansi citrus and fragrant spice meet honeyed marzipan in this clean and juicy coffee. From the Gitesi washing station, where Aime Gahizi and his family have spent decades fostering reconciliation and sustainability, this lot is a testament to hope, collaboration, and exceptional coffee processing.
